I made my order on November 23rd and received only on today January 27... I was very disappointed with the service,but the quality of the material is really good! thankx charllote

Pants ripped after 2 weeks, claims are ignored. Bad service, bad quality. But OHH!.. on my Google-review i "surprisingly" got an non-helpful standard reply. Fake service!

Their customer service is really really terrible. I have never experienced such the terribly service and never seen such a terribly company. I have ordered items from this company many times, and I am waiting for the items now. However the items has not arrived for a long time, and I cannot track the shipments. So I asked them to check the status and progress of the shipments, but they did nothing. I sent emails for questions many times to resolve this problems but they don't answer my questions. This is almost fraud. I will never buy items from them, and please do not buy from them. I want to alert this to police if I live in UK. I am extremely unsatisfied with my experience with vanquish fitness.

I am very dissatisfied with their service… This the 2nd time I have ordered from their site and yet again I am stressing over the delivery process… Last time it took a month to receive my purchase! A month? Really that is unheard of! I have never in my life had a package that has taken 1 full month to receive. Now, I have ordered again and hoped it was just a random delay that rarely happens so I would give it another go. This time I am even more upset because when I go to track the shipping order and it says my order # does not exist… I cannot believe how unprofessional they are even if it is the shipping system they should be trying to make this as easy for their customers as possible to view their orders and have them delivered in a timely matter. I have ordered from other UK sites such as gymshark and others and have never had an issue it is at my door within the week… I am extremely displeased and honestly don’t want to order from them again.

After i placed my order and paid with iDeal, there was an error shown on the Vanquish Fitness page where i got redirected to. The error message told me that the payment didn't succeed. So i checked my bank account and saw that the transaction, with the correct amount, was made. After i checked my bank account i did check with Mollie (the iDeal provider). Mollie also confirmed that the money was transferred to Vanquish Fitness. After this i contacted the Vanquish Fitness support desk and also provided them with screenshots of the bank transaction. The support desk keeps telling me that they didn't receive the payment and finally told me that they will investigate this matter. Since then i didn't hear from Vanquish Fitness and they also stopped responding to my emails. I believe that Vanquish Fitness is a decent company, because my friends also placed several orders and this all went ok without any problems. However, the way they are handling (or stopped handling) my matter is just pathetic.

Don t order please . After 5 days the package hasn t arrived , you don t have access to a phone number to speak with then openly , nothing . Ask for refund and no answer from them ...

WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY PLEASE READ if you are thinking of purchasing product from this company. I ordered 4 items from Vanquish Fitness which happen to be too small (completely MY fault). I contacted customer service the exact same day I received my items for an exchange in product. According to their policy as a customer, if you are looking to exchange product or receive a refund it is mandated (we do not yet offer a free returns service, so you will need to cover return postage cost) that the customer pay for return shipping. After communicating with DHL Express, FedEx, and USPS I was estimated a quote between $100 - $150 to resend my apparel back. At this point, I could not justify resending my apparel back for almost more than what I paid ($140). I again, contacted customer service notifying them that time was limited as I was hoping to support their company by wearing there apparel at an event from August 3rd –August 10th which brings in approximately 1 million people from all over the world. I received a response informing me that they could use DHL collection which would cost me around $25. Charlotte (customer service) sent me a link informing me “Please can you let me know once this has been paid, so we can arrange a collection?” She requested that I let them know which address DHL collection could pick up the apparel and that they required a 4 hour time slot Monday-Friday between 9am and 5pm. I went ahead and paid the collection free, sent them my info and heard nothing for approximately 4-5 days. After hearing nothing I contacted customer service yet again notifying them payment was sent along with info (Vanquish Policy notes “items need to be returned within 14-days to be entitled to a refund” – at this point I wanted a full refund no exchange due to inadequate customer service). Well today, I had the opportunity to receive an email from customer service notifying me that a collection date was booked as requested on Wednesday August 7th. FYI, this date selection was not given as an available option as I would be at the event I was HOPING to wear their apparel. Yet again, I contacted customer service (Charlotte) regarding this matter. Well, I just received an email back from customer service requesting me to ask a friend or family member if they could be present for this cannot be rearrange. So, due to their mistake in comprehending my email it appears that I suffer the consequences with either finding someone to be available (for a 4-hour time slot) or take another loss on top of my original order. Personally, I wish I would have read others reviews as it appears customer service is HORRIFIC when it comes to exchange in product or refund. As a business, one would think customer service and satisfaction would always be priority not looked into when negative reviews are written. I have tried extensively to be very open minded with this company, but at this point as a customer I’m dissatisfied with their customer service and cannot justifying purchasing their product in the future.

Les employés de Vanquish n’ont pas mis de facture dans le colis, à cause de ceci je dois payer 50€ de frais de douane à en plus des 100€ de ma commande et ils ne comprennent pas que c’est de leurs faute.

This clothing company provides the worst customer service if you are wanting a refund! I sent back 2 jogging bottoms by recorded delivery first class, signed for by CS I’ve seen, I received an email nearly 2 weeks ago saying I would receive a refund within 1-5 working days, I have not yet received my refund. I have emailed twice and messaged on Instagram with no response- then they send me an email with their new products coming out?! Is this a joke? Never buy from this company because they don’t give you your money back.

Unfortunately, I have had a very similar experience to many other Vanquish customers and received the worst customer service when returning two T-shirts. I sent the T-shirts back almost a month ago and still have not received a refund. Vanquish first said that I only sent back one T-shirt and not two. When I provided proof of postage, with the receipt, their email replies stopped. They are proving impossible to communicate with. I have sent 4 emails without reply. It makes me question how the returns department in this company is run- that they can’t count 2 T-shirts in a returns parcel, read the returns form in the parcel or reply to any emails. It makes me feel like they invest in promoting the brand via social media rather than delivering an at least satisfactory service. I am now out of pocket and out of patience. Never order from this brand.

What do i have to do so that you Guys can reply on all of my e-mails a sended you Guys?? I order Some paints and iT was damage . After a lot of mails en 2 weeks past I finally got a mail back. You guys where supposed to send me a gift card so that we can order e new one . But til today after more than month after you guys told me I will get a gift card still no reply on non of my mails . And also no gift card. This very very bad for business. My patience is running out. Check my mail and please contact me .

I wish I had read all the reviews about Vanquish Fitness (Google, trustpilot ..) before I agreed to buy from this online company. My son insisted on it and because it was his birthday I relented. Social media has influenced my son's generation and unfortunately we have fallen prey to their scam. I paid to return 2 items as they weren't fit for purpose and quality is sooo poor. That was 10th May. First they lied about not receiving it. Then they said they haev credited me and it should be in mmy bank account. Then they said it's a store credit or exchange which was emailed to me, but then said it was emailed to the wrong email. Huh? So many excuses and lies. Crux of the matter is, I still haven't got my money back. They might just keep doing this to different customers and then close down their business and all of us will be shortchanged. This is the worst company I've dealt with. And this is why I am wary of small businesses. While the owners (Oliver Maloney and Ruben O'Brien) should be applauded for being young entrepreneurs under the age of 30, they should know this is not a way to run a business which is only 4 years old. Well, the can continue to run it this way if they con artists, or don't want their business to succeed. I do really hope they will respond in some ways because their reviews so far have been awful.

Like other customer here I’ve tried to request a refund on multiple occasions , even sent photo evidence of confirmed delivery and return package. No response , they are STEALING consumers money thinking no one will follow up or take it further. They are wrong!

4 months have gone by and have not received one pair of leggings ordered. I was sent a 'tracking number' and dispatch notification however Australia post confirmed this tracking number doesn't exist/never arrived in the country. My email was responses to after a few months and I requested a refund. They did not address the refund at all and offered to send the item again. Another month has passed with no dispatch notification even this time. I'm very surprised their Instagram account isn't being spammed, they must be quick to delete angry comments.

Customer service is bader than bad. Complaints sent by e-mail are not responded to, even after repeated contact. The quality of the clothes is very bad! Don't touch it!
