“Made an order and the item came with a hole in the pocket. Everything about the item was perfect, contacted them as I thought this would just be me getting the bad one of the batch however I was reassured that they have not had this before and they completely apologise. Their service was outstanding and i could not thank Chelsea enough. She has helped me with providing a gift card for the full amount. This has definitely not put me off and I will be using them again and will be recommending this company to family and friends ☺️”

“Vanquish has INCREDIBLE customer service. I had the pleasure of working with Chelsea. She was super quick and knowledgeable. My package had gone missing (or stolen) and they ended up sending me a brand new package plus the expedited the shipping.”

“Send back some t-shirt for exchange to different size. Im amazed how quickly its been sorted out! Send it back Saturday and got email today (Tuesday) thats its been replaced and send back to me! Very very pleased with customer service. Good job Vanquish team and Chris who handled my request!”

“If you are from Canada, DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! They are a joke, they are making their customers pay $20 for returning items, what the hell!!!! Pathetic customer service. If could give this company -5 stars, I would. Quality of clothing is cheaper than Walmart. Do not order for them!!!”
