“As always Chelsea answers quickly and offers a fitting solution. I ordered sweatpants of which one of the seams seemed to be faulty. I expected a lengthy procedure with sending it back, having it repaired and waiting to receive it back. The answer I got was; we're very sorry for the inconvenience. You can either have a gift card for the amount of the sweatpants (including shipping) or we can send a new one right away. In either case I didn't need to ship the faulty one back. That means I can have it fixed and get a new one too. Great service.”
