“Bought from them before and decided to buy some more as I'm in love with the brand. This time there was a small issue on my order however, but my support assistant, Cloe, was quick on the rescue! Great customer service!”

“After been left hanging by a customer service team member in a situation regarding non delivery, Chelsea who then dealt with the situation dealt with it swiftly and replaced the items. To be fair this was the first time there has been a situation but the first representative I dealt with was brutal. That aside always happy with my items and sizes”

“I Like the tracksuit but i ordered wrong size of the hoodie , sent it back and got an email from chris same day as it got delivered to them, was fast in exchanging my item and sending me it back, good service.”

“This was my first order with VQ. Two out of three items fitted perfectly, hoodie I ordered for my husband was too tight so had to send it back for an exchange. The process was straightforward and didn't take long for the new hoodie to arrive (my husband loves it!) I'd like to thank Chris for his assistance and keeping me informed. Clothing is of a good quality and their customer service is great! I will definitely be buying from VQ again.”
