“For the 2nd time I bought fitness clothing through the well-arranged website of Vanquish (vqfit.com). The first time I bought several t-shirts. The Vanquish clothing wears well and is very comfortable during my workout. Due to a slow cart update, I accidentally ordered and payed two of the same items on my second order. After I left a message via the confirmation email, with the request to deduct 1 item, I received a response from customer service the same morning. I was helped in a very friendly way by employee Jordan. 1 item was credited neatly, even before the order was shipped. I received my order super fast from the moment it was shipped from the United Kingdom to The Netherlands.”

“Dear Charlotte. I have received two pieces of clothes that your company did not deliver before. Thank you very much for your assistance. I am very affirmative of your processing speed. Give you 100 points. Same as your colleagues in the company, why Is the efficiency of handling things so much worse? I have spent more than a month with your colleague and still can’t handle things well. But I’m still very happy to meet you to help me deal with it later. “I cannot say enough great things about VQ....the fit, construction, fabric and finish are all top shelf. When it comes to ordering and shipping, I have never had a company as easy to deal with and as fast at shipping. Unfortunately, I ordered some wrong sizes and needed to make exchanges. Chris was incredible fast and efficient with my order and making sure everything is hassle-free.”

“I ordered a t-shirt and the printing was a bit crooked. Quickly after contacint Vqfit, Charlotte at Customer Service Representative gave me the option to receiv a new shirt or a gift-card for the same amount i spent also inlcuding shipping. Super happy with the fast service!”

“Excellent top quality sweatpants i have ever purchased..was a bit reluctant online but since then i have purchased 3 more. I have been looking for sweatpants ideally with zips for a long time and i must admit i have found my perfect ones. Will buy again and strongly recommend. Excellent customer services as well !!”
