“I absolutely love Vanquish clothing, the quality, styling and fit are so good I have kitted myself out with loads of their gear and love every bit of it. Recently after a year of happy shopping with them I had my first issue with an item of clothing and contacted their customer services team and am so happy that the quality of their clothing is matched by a quality service! Both Chelsea and Chris were really great at dealing with my issue and it was resolved quickly, I think it’s safe to say that I will continue to shop with them as they are my go to for gym and casual wear. Don’t settle for cheaper brands! VQ is by far the best out there!”

“Really enjoy their gym wear so buy from them a lot. During last purchase did face some issues as I paid for 1-2 day delivery but I got the items after 4 days which is not ideal as when paying extra for delivery you want the items to come within the given time frame. Also, one of the shorts were dirty when they arrived so had to reach out to their customer service to seek some help. Person that I was in contact with Jordan was able to provide options to sort out this issue and the response time was very quick. So I’m very please with their customer service. Hopefully next time I order I do not have any issues”

“I had an issue regarding the quality of a product, my advisor Jordan was quick to respond, empathetic with my concerns and was able to resolve the issue fast and effectively. I can't fault the customer service. I have been a long time customer of Vanquish and this is the first time I have run into an issue of product quality so I view it as an anomaly. I will continue to purchase apparel from Vanquish, and a special shout out to Jordan for being an excellent advisor.”

“I ordered some joggers and a tank top. One of the joggers was a different collection than the one that I initially ordered. However, the issue was promptly resolved. The customer service representative, Charlotte, was very helpful and willing to compensate for the inconvenience. I have to say, I am very impressed with the quality of both products. The material is the best that I own and I am very pleased.”

“I ordered several items from here, one I didn't like and sent it back to be replaced by something else. The returns form was easy to follow and the item was acknowledged the very next day by VQ and the new item was also shipped. Chris from VQ contacted me via email to let me know the item had been replaced and shipped. Can't ask for a better service then that.”

“I emailed Vanquish initially querying an order too see when it would be dispatched. I received a reply within a few hours which was a pleasant surprise. My advisor Jordan was extremely helpful and gave me the response I was looking for. I had also sent back a couple of shirts to exchange & refund as I wanted a different size for one and a refund for the other - I then enquired with Jordan if I could change the refund into an exchange for another shirt as I have been really impressed with the quality of the items I bought and kept. Again Jordan responded to me within 24 hours confirming this was absolutely fine and I have just received my confirmation of the order for the exchanges I requested. Incredibly impressed with the customer service I have received and will definately be back again. Thanks Jordan !”
