“Great company, this is now my second order. Clothes great quality. Had an issue with one of my items and when I contacted them, their reply was fast and efficient. Charlotte the customer service representative offered two options in favour of the customer. Great customer service, fast, efficient and friendly and quickly turned a negative issue into a positive one. Postage good. Delivery I would say is super quick.”

“Vanquish products are of very good quality. The clothes are even better once received rather than on their merchant site. In fact, their after-sales service is excellent. Recently, I encountered a delivery problem following an order. And Vanquish has proven that they have the best customer service, very responsive and very professional, a few days later I received my order as agreed. My advisor was Charlotte. She is so greatful. I recommend it to you”

“Thanks to Charlotte I got my situation solved. It took a long time to get my sons t shirt but the matter was resolved when I keep emailing Charlotte. She looked up my tracking number for me and assured me it would be arriving. Thank you for taking the time to help me tack my order. Will be ordering more.”
