However, one of the representatives at vanquish called Charlotte quickly resurrected the issue and despatched my item to me within 24 hours of letting her know about. The issue was dealt with quickly and because of the fast communication and the items being of such good quality when they arrived i will be buying from Vanquish Fitness again. Thankyou Charlotte.”
