“guys. I am very happy that the Vanquish Fitness LTD team, namely Jordan, quickly and reactively helped me. I was not lucky enough to get a product with a small defect and after my appeal, Jordan reactively solved my problems. and he offered several solutions and a gift card at once. I am grateful and of course I will make an order from such a great team of Vanquish Fitness LTD more than once.”

“Really happy to have received excellent customer service by Jordan. My issue with a discount code was resolved in good time and just how i would of hoped. The willingness of the customer service team demonstrates just how good the company must be. My first impressions of the quality of the clothing so far is very good. soft, comfy, fitted and stylish just what i have been looking for. Thanks Again Jordan.”

“Jordan, the advisor who dealt with me was superb. He was fast at sorting my issue and communicated very efficiently, which as a customer is important to me. The item was damaged but was rectified with a voucher to replace them. Top team member, great company.”

“Always used VQ fitness for gym gear as they are very high quality and fit perfect! Had a little issue with my order but Jordan sorted it quickly and had really friendly customer service. Would highly recommend this brand to anyone! 10/10 🙂”

“I recently had a defect appear on my Vanquish Fitness Joggers and Jordan has very quickly sorted everything out agreeing to a gift card and £5 for the delivery.I am Very happy with Vanquish fitness with how they dealt with this . They even said I could keep the defective pair of joggers and that there was no need to send them back which was very generous as they are still very wearable . Thank you Vanquish Fitness and to Jordan.”
