“Had an issue with a couple of things and was pleased to receive ideal customer service. Quality is brilliant and size is accurate. Delivery so fast. Really love VQfit as they make me feel so on game in the gym. Highly recommend.”

“If i could give this company 0 stars i would. I ordered an item from their website back on 12/27 of 2023. It is no 2/20/2024 and ive still not received the item. I contacted them a month ago about the lost item & they did an investigation and said they would ship another item and send me a tracking number. Two weeks later i followed up because they never sent a tracking number & they told me they had to complete another investigation. I told them that i filled out the word document for a lost package and an investigation was done already and that they were supposed to ship the item again two weeks prior. The employee offered a gift card and just to reorder the item. I told the employee in email “ I will accept the gift card only if this item can be express delivered for free. If you cannot make that accommodation i will take the refund back on my original payment card” The employee replied “ the gift card will include the delivery fee” I accepted the gift card & find out, it still doesn’t include the delivery fee, no i have not gotten a response from their customer service team. This is the last time i ever order from Vanquish. The worst experience ive ever had from an activewear brand”

“Vanquish Fitness Extremely happy with these guys been buying clothes from them a good while now and they’re clothing is top-notch as is there customer support Had to make a return today due to the items I ordered being too big so emailed the guys to get an exchange and a very helpful guy named Chris sorted everything out really quickly and my Exchange are already on their way back. Can’t ask for better than that. so big thank you, Chris forgetting everything moving so quickly”
