“Vanquish fit has to be the best clothing brand for quality and style. What makes them stand out more than anything else, is their amazing customer service. I had an issue that no other business would ever even considering resolving, but the vanquish team was happy to take care of it for me. I’d like to give special praise to Melissa for being so prompt in her responses and in rectifying it all for me. Keep up the good work guys, I’m always going to be a customer, and undoubtedly a satisfied one.”

“I had to return my item for a refund because they didn’t fit me. Charlotte who initially spoke was really helpful with explaining their returns process. Once my item had reached them Chris emailed me to confirm they had received it and had processed my refund. Very good customer service!”

“Made my first order from vanquish just the other day items arrived quickly and were as described and very good quality. Had a slight issue with one of the items and this was resolved in more than an acceptable manner by Charlotte and for that reason alone will be shopping with them in the future and would recommend them to friends.”

“I got an exchange for an item but did take a few weeks to get back to me but then my partner didn’t like it still so had to send back but could not send back to warehouse as they said was out of my sending back period. Got in contact with the company and sent it back to the office instead but did cost me postage but otherwise good service and would definitely order again”

“I needed to exchange some items as they were the wrong size. Chris was extremely helpful and quickly answered my questions and sent me directly the form to complete so that I did not have to search for it on the VQ Site. He then contacted me to say that the returned items had been received and would be exchanged and would be with me in 2-3 days. Excellent, quick and efficient service.”

“I bought trousers in size S which turned out to be too small so I decided to send them back and in the attachment I asked them not to send me the money back and to exchange them for a larger size, i.e. M. Unfortunately, I waited over 2 weeks and my trousers were not available, so I wrote to VQ what was happening with my trousers. shipment - pants and I was contacted by CHRIS who was very helpful and solved my problem very quickly. Thank you very much CHRIS for your quick response and that I can now enjoy super comfortable gym pants.”
