“Charlotte was amazing at dealing with my query. There was a little problem with the item i received, i sent an email along with photos and Charlotte got back to me very quickly offering me a gift card or a replacement for the item. Fantastic service thank you so much x”

“I’ve shopped a lot at vq for as I love the style, quality and comfort of the clothes they make. I recently made an order for Xmas presents for friends. After some confusion some of my order was refunded then it went missing. I got in contact with a lady named Charlotte at vq fit who was fantastic. I couldn’t ask for better customer service. She not only sorted out my order but managed to source the missing item from my initial order. My order now arrives tomorrow in time for Xmas so I’m very happy.”

“Amazing customer service. After the courier lost my items by delivering them to what I suspect was a different address and marked them as lost. Charlotte arranged for my items to be reshipped with express delivery to make sure they arrived in time for Christmas. Charlotte always provides the best customer service, couldn't recommend her more.”
