“Recently had to return some items so have detailed some observation of my personal experience with Vanquish. - Firstly the extended returns window for Black Friday and Christmas items was a godsend!! - The form was quick and easy to complete. - My refund was processed very efficiently by Jordan who kept me well informed of the next stage. Cannot fault Vanquish and their returns process at all.”

“Ordered Allure and Bright sets. First of all: the fabric is absolutely amazing. And the color, wow. Shipping took four days, including the weekend! I had some challenges with one of the tights and complained about this. It took approx. 45 minutes from the time I sent the complaint until I ended a conversation with CHARLOTTE at customer service who helped me get sent a new free product with free shipping. Super fast and efficient customer service, wonderful clothes at a low price. What more could you ask for?”

“Customer service is excellent! They really care about their brand and consumer satisfaction. I've been ordering for a couple of years, and I've been fortunate to always get the right size, mostly because they give advice on the website and list the model's size. Recently, I ordered something that was too small, and VQ had no problem accepting the return while making the process super simple. Paying for return shipping was a bummer, but I get it. I remain a loyal customer!”
