My 16 year old son starting stealing all my gym clothes so I got him & my wife some kit for Christmas, I got some of the sizes wrong (he's grown since home schooling/home eating) and I think my wife over did the Turkey so she's also grown. I sent some back requesting new sizes & within 3 days of posting had an email confirming return, a small refund back on my account and the new kit being sent.... what a brilliant service and a equally a very pleasant email from Chris. Well done Vanquish, great service as well as great kit.”

“I returned 2 items for a size exchange. I used the post offices first class signed for service. After a week I hadn’t heard anything so I sent an email to query. Charlotte got straight in touch with me firstly to apologise and then simply requested a copy of my post office receipt. Once I sent this, within 24 hours my exchange was on its way to me.
