“This company was fantastic, my item got lost with no fault of there own, CHELSEA was very helpful and resolved the issue very quick what lovely to see since not many other brands would do this so I will defo be recommending you guys to my gym friends My adviser was CHELSEA”

“I recently took delivery of a gym set which arrived with several dirty marks on. I emailed VQ and was really impressed with the customer service. Which was very quick and they rectified the issue straight away. My advisor was Chelsea.”

“This is only the first time of many orders i have placed. Parcel didnt get delivered, not their fault. as soon as i contacted Vanquish and within an hour a new package was sent out express delivery. Very happy!”

“I was recommended to Vanquish by a friend of mine 6 months ago. Now it’s the only gym clothes I wear. Value for money is excellent. I recently had to return an item for exchange and the process has been really efficient, especially as I was outside the standard return times, the customer support I received from Chelsea was excellent 👍”

“I bought a hoodie in December 2020. I guess it was the busiest season. I received a T-shirt instead. Cloe helped me through the entire process in a timely manner, provided the best customer service ever, and gave me reasons to keep loving Vanquish! Thanks Cloe! Cesar”

“Chelsea did such a wonderful job helping me with an item that developed a fault. She was very assertive and charismatic about my experience, and really made me believe in the power of a great company, Vanquish. I was refunded for the faulty item and even had the option to choose how I would like to be refunded (gift card or resending same product) I will now be continuing to shop with Vanquish, after having such a great experience. Thank you, Chelsea & Vanquish!”

“Had to contact customer service regarding a recent purchase that had developed a fault. The lady who dealt with my enquiry, Charlotte, responded really quickly and offered an immediate replacement. Very happy with the service I received and the quality of their products. My husband and son love their tracksuits trousers and shorts”
