“I ordered a t shirt and shorts for my holiday. The goods were delivered and really good quality but t shirt was a little large I sent the t shirt back and asked for the size below but only had a few days until my holiday. Chris emailed me the same day VQ received my return, to confirm the exchange was done and I would get my t shirt before my holiday! This was excellent service.”

“Had to exchange sizes on a pair of tapered cargo pants from VQ Fitness and the return/exchange process was extremely smooth. The professionalism shown by Tara was excellent, and she ensured all the questions that I had regarding the exchange process was answered. Major props to the VQ Fitness support team!”
