“First time buying from Vanquish, so far I have found them to be not bad overall as a brand. Customer service is kind of strange. I had 3 customer service representatives help me. Chris, Charolette, and Chelsea. The first response was from Chris, second response from Charolette and my final response from Chelsea. The response from Chris to Charolette was kind of annoying, as Charolette wasn’t too helpful and seemed to not read the previous message from Chris and I. I found Chelsea to be very helpful and quick to resolve my issue. I had a defective/faulty item sent to me and she made it easy for me to give them another chance. In terms of clothing, their leggings and top for women are pretty comfortable. Their joggers for women were not bad either but not the greatest thing I’ve worn. Im used to the comfort of gymshark’s clothes but wanted to give vanquish a try. I’m not sure how exchanges or returns work, whether they’re free or not so that’s one thing to keep in mind.”

“My favourite brand, also they have such great costumer service, I had a small issue with my order, and Chelsea the costumer service agent was so quick to reply to my email, and she helped me through my issue and solved the problem in no time, great costumer service and great premium quality outfit. “I had an issue with one of my pants/joggers from vqfit (the seam has come loose under the zipper). So I decided to contact vqfit to ask if it’s just an individual problem.. I was happy and lucky to have Chelsea as my advisor. She offered me different options and i chose the option which fitted to my lifestyle. Response time was really fast. I’m glad that I decided to write them ❤️”

“I made an order in the vanquish sale and all items were top quality as normal when I make a purchase, one item needed to be sent back for a different size as the stringer was a different cut to ones I have ordered in the past. Return was easy and I followed up with an email to make sure my order had been sent back correctly. My advisor was called JORDAN and was very helpful through out. Replies were very prompt and effective.”

“Vanquish in an amazing brand. Their clothing have great quality and customer service is great. Spoke to Charlotte on customer service, had no delivery through the post from Black Friday sorted it out within the same day and sent the order through and confirmed order. Great customer service! Just waiting on delivery but have ordered before.”
