“I placed an order for a few Christmas gifts (and a little something for myself). The checkout and shipping process was all very easy and I received my package in a timely manner. It took no more than 3 days for my package to arrive. I was a little disappointed upon opening the package because I saw that only 2 of the 3 items I’d ordered had been sent to me. I emailed the company the same day to alert them of my missing item. Customer service representative, Charlotte, was amazing and quickly addressed the issue. She promptly collected some info from me and shipped the missing item out. Thank you for the great customer service, Charlotte.”

“This is by far one of the best gym/outing clothing line I’ve ever worn! Great fit to the body and hard to destroy! And I would like to give a shout out to Charlotte who helped me out with a mix up and she handle it right away! Amazing service!”

“This is my very first time ordering from vanquish. Although I had an issue with a pair of joggers I ordered, I still am enjoying the cloths and Charlotte from customer service was able to help me and resolve my issue the same day I contacted them about said issue. Thank you for the amazing cloths and the awesome customer service Charlotte!”

“Purchased there for my partner and he loves them the quality is really nice, super soft and the fit is lovely. He did get a couple of smal holes in the joggers but the customer service was amazing they replied really quickly and sent him a gift card to get some new ones without having the hassle of sending the old ones back! Would recommend 😄”

“First of all, amazing product and I am in love with it no doubt! Even better than the product itself, was the customer support. I had ordered 2 joggers and one of them was wrong size, so I reached out for customer support. Chelsea was so sweet and professional, I had never came across with such a good customer service, she sent a new one under 24h for me. Thank you Chelsea and thank you Vanquish Fitness! I will be ordering all my gym apparels from here from now on. I love it! 😍”
