“I’m never disappointed with VQs clothing been with them for along time. Had a slight issue with only order. I sent them an email explaining the issue and straight away they got back to me the next day and got me in touch with an advisor called Charlotte who was more than helpful and helped me resolve my issue I had. Good Customer service. Just keeps getting better and better”

“My package was misplaced by DHL after they confirmed delivery. I couldn’t get to my front door In time to get it obviously before it was gone. Told DHL about the situation they were no help. Contacted Vanquish to see if they could help and all I got was the run around. Immanuel was my starting rep and he said they would send a replacement and then I get Chelsea and then I have start all over. It Didn’t make any sense. I would understand if I was a first time customer, but I’ve been ordering their products for almost 2 years now. Just very disappointed.”

“I’d always wanted to try the leggings and trackies so treated myself on Black Friday. The quality was even better than expected however I managed to rip the trackies deadlifting within a few days. Contacting vanquish through their help page, Charlotte replied to my question of return or replacement the next day and confirmed to sending me a replacement pair free of charge the next, amazing customer service thank you again Charlotte and Vanquish.”

“Dealt with Kwane on this occurrence. Decided to order some items I haven’t tried out before with their sale they had going. Ordered different sizes to figure out what worked with my body. Even though they don’t have a return shipping service yet, they have always been quick and efficient at processing returns over the years. I had to return a few items and they got my return processed within a couple of days of receiving. Quick turn around. Thanks Kwane and VQ”

“I've received my order and the joggers were a bit too small for me. I have sent them back and the advisor who dealt with the problem Kwane was really cooperative and helpful and arranged for an exchange. Thank you, I will be ordering again. Great quality for good prices 👌”

“I reached out to Vanquish Fitness after a small hole appeared 6 weeks after purchase of what have been my favorite pair of weight lifting pants. I emailed customer service a picture. Chris from Customer Service responded in less than an hour. A replacement pair was sent at no charge, no questions asked. This company is committed to taking care of their customers. Buy with confidence.”
