“Vanquish Fitness: A Cautionary Tale The epitome of poor quality meets abysmal customer service. Their t-shirt and shorts are remarkably substandard, with construction quality that would embarrass budget retailers. The company’s approach to customer service is nothing short of contemptuous – ignoring emails until PayPal intervention forced their hand. Their “hassle-free returns” policy is laughable, requiring customers to pay exorbitant shipping fees back to the UK. This experience ranks among the worst in online retail, with Vanquish demonstrating a masterclass in how not to run a business. Save yourself the inevitable disappointment and frustration – avoid at all costs. Rating: 0/5 - Absolutely abysmal”

“The clothing is great quality and looks and feels so good. Had to exchange a couple items and was dealt with in a speedy,professional manner by Cloé. I will always use Vanquish for my gym gear Thank you Merry Christmas and Happy anew Year to you all at Vanquish William”

“Ordered a sweater and the printing started coming off within the first week. I usually buy from VQ and know that their quality is good so this was a one off. I emailed them and they sent me a replacement without hesitation! Shout out to CLOE who dealt with my case and sorted it with ease”

“I have had a few mates order from Vanquish and there clothes seem to be of great quality and fit well. So i decided to order a few garments from them. There was a mix up on my order (no fault of vanquish but of royal mails) and Chlo did a great job in rectifying that. The communication was great throughout. I am looking forward to receiving my first order of many I imagine”
