“Vanquish is a high premium band for people in the fitness industry. They worry about giving you the best of the best products and customer service. A few days ago I had purchased a large order and one of the pans that I purchased had a stained, I contacted vanquish right away to let them now and I spoke to someone named Jordan and was extremely helpful throughout the whole process. Highly recommend.”

“I had a slight issue with my product not being delivered and Chelsea promptly helped me resolve that issue. Truly appreciate her fast response and her diligence to take care of me. Glad to be making business with such a great brand!”

“I don't want to get into specifics, but there was an issue with my order. Despite the issue not being on their end, Vanquish Fitness was extremely helpful and approachable. They did everything they could to resolve the issue. Their customer service is fast and exceptional, I would recommend them to anyone. I will absolutely come back to them any time I need any new activewear.”

“The trackie bottoms that I ordered came with a small manufacturing fault. I got in touch with the company through their website by emailing them. Jordan was very fast to reply to my email ( minutes ). I had to send a couple of photos to show the fault with the item. Then they sent me 2 options to chose from to solve the issue ( both options were great ). Absolutely amazing service, will definitely be shopping with you again. Thank you very much for all your efforts and generosity.”

“My order arrived quickly. When I needed to exchange an item I was so pleased to see I could simply write the details on a note and enclose with the item to be returned. Big relief not to have to bother with finding a printer! Within 3 working days Vanquish had received my return and I received an email from Chris to let me know my exchange was on its way! Cannot fault the service”

“This was my first purchase with Vanquish but definitely won't be my last. I came across them through instagram and really liked the look of the things they were posting. I looked at the website and decided to purchase two pairs of sweatpants which arrived within a couple of days. I've got to say the quality and the fit was excellent and better than products I have previously bought elsewhere for a higher price. However I did decide to exchange one of the items for a different colour which was really easy to do. On receipt of my return Chris from there customer service team contacted me to update me and to let me know my replacement item was on its way. This was a 10 out 10 experience and will definitely be returning for more things. Highly recommend.”
