“Problem solved ✅🔝 After having a problem with my order I had to contact customer service to solve my issue. I did not expect it to be so easy as I had bad experiences with many companies customer service in the past years. Professionalism, expertise and excellent service deliverd by Jordan made the entire process comfortable and a pleasant experience. 5 STARS to him. I highly recommend this company.”

“Excellent quality clothes and customer service. Ordered some jogging bottoms which were too small and they arranged an exchange very quickly. Would definitely use this company again. Free returns would be good in future but they did send my new parcel out with free delivery.”

“Really good customer service! They sended me the wrong product (black pants, which really looked liked the one I’ve ordered) I didn’t noticed it at first and worn in for 2 days, and then discovered it was the wrong one. I contacted the customer service and they sended me the original item straight away🙏🏻 Jesse”

“Returned item that was unsuitable In origins condition, vanquish dealt with it quickly and efficiently and refunded into my account. I was however disappointed to pay postage on return (£4) when item cost £12.. this is the only thing that disappointed me in vanquish. Most companies now offer free returns”

“I have a few things from Vanquish Fitness and I had an issue with one pair of my leggings. I have emailed Customer Service with explanation and they have come back to me with very satisfying resolution. I was emailing with Chelsea who was very helpful and efficient. Very impressed!”

“I didn't receive the item and emailed customer service. Charlotte kindly looked it up and I was able to wait for the arrival of the product with confidence. Thank you Charlotte. He's late for Christmas gifts, but he seems to like them.”
