All it took was a simple email and three days later I received a response from "Chelsea" from customer service reassuring me this wasn't standard of their products. She gave me the option of having a new pair sent to me or the option of receiving a gift card of equivalent value (I didn't even have to go through the trouble of returning the original item either). Overall happy with the experience I received.”
