“Tried reaching out to Vulcan to help with my shipment that was diverted and presently do not have a deliver date but only received generic responses then they closed the case. Vulcan was very quick to charge my credit card but has no desire to help me get the product that was purchased.”

“The equipment is fine -- just like you can buy from other sources. The delivery process is a pain. They send it via FedEx freight, so the delivery has to be "scheduled" by the freight company, and your equipment has to be signed for. Unlike Rogue, who uses UPS. No scheduling, no signature (unless you want it sent that way), much more convenient. Vulcan is fine in a pinch, since nobody else had the sets of dumbbells I wanted.”

“Hello! Love the Vulcan strength equipment. I’ve been training with their bumpers for years and they still look brand new even with all dropping us Oly Lifters do. I’m happy to admit I’ve never needed to contact anyone at Vulcan because every time I buy equipment there is never an issue, but I’m sure the customer service is just as great as the product. Vulcan has the best valued product out there today, and there is a lot to choose from.”

“Vulcan shipped my order very quickly, which exceeded my expectations given the Covid-related delays disclosed at time of purchase. Opening the packaging was a real workout itself, which was annoying, but very appreciated and not something to complain about. Barbell was in immaculate condition and I've used it daily since it arrived. The barbell care guide sent via email was much appreciated.”

“I bought the baseline hex dumbbell pairs thinking they’d look or feel like it. Nope! They are as premier as anything I’ve used in gyms. Customer service was just as good. So great experience so far!”
