“Alpha Bumpers are from China. The whole American made thing is way overblown. Took more than 3 weeks for me to get 1 bumper plate. The rest I am told will arrive piecemeal over possibly 5 separate shipments. The Support side of customer service never answered the phone nor returned my voice message. Return policy is not good, although at least that is fully disclosed. There is a high re-stocking fee and the buyer has to pay for shipping which makes it completely unfeasible.”

Hi, All of our bumper plates made in China. They are not advertised as made in USA. Made in USA product are clearly listed as such on the product page and will state Made in USA. We are sorry that you received only one plate so far, but your entire order has shipped. You should have tracking information that will show you the status of the remaining plates and when they will be delivered, there are not 5 different shipments. When multiple boxes are shipped there is no guarantee that they will all arrive together unfortunately. The product you ordered is listed as shipping in 2-3 weeks on the product page and it shipped one day past the three weeks. Our apologies for that. As listed on your order confirmation, our delivery times can possible be delayed due to holidays. It seems that you did speak with someone based on what you have stated. We apologize that our response times are delayed due to the volume of communications we are currently receiving. Please let us know if we can assist you further.

“I ordered the power rack slim fit and it's very well made. The foot platforms for the squat cage make it extremely sturdy and adding a weight pegs to it makes the rack extremely stable.”
