“Very easy to work with! It turned out my order items weren't in stock as indicated online, so shipping was delayed. They let me know and shipped as soon as they were available as they promised and made up for the delay in shipping. Will order from again.”

“I purchased various alpha bumper plates to build a home gym. While I did not receive them all due to stock discrepancies, the order was readily completed once made available. The plates arrived without any defects and performed as expected, heavy without any significant bounce. No odors of note were detected as mentioned in other reviews. I would highly recommend them. My wife likes them as well.”

“Quality deserves a 5 on the bumper plates I ordered. Customer service is difficult to reach, actually impossible to reach in any form other than email. I thought that being a local company, they would be a little easier to communicate and deal with. Although When I did finally get ahold of someone, she was very helpful.”

“The company makes awesome products. During the COVID-19 pandemic, I decided to buy a barbell and plates in March 2020. I settled on Vulcan in April. Understandably, they were backordered and had logistical challenges, the pandemic has wreaked havoc on multitudes of companies, not just Vulcan. So I saved and waited. I bought at the beginning of December 1, 2020. There were still delays, but I know Vulcan has worked hard to keep up with orders and manage product manufacturing. I most of my stuff arrived before Christmas, except my 45 lb alpha bumper plates. Those arrived January 12, 2021. Their delivery was a bright spot for me amidst the dark fallout of a violent coup attempt in the US by traitorous sycophants. TL:DR; Vulcan came through during a rough time with solid product.”

“Despite decent equipment, this company has no concept of customer service, and their treatment of customers that spent a significant amount of money during these times is disgusting. Their online inventory is completely false leading you to place and lock into an order thinking it is in-stock and will ship, in my case waiting weeks for shipment with no notification of such. When you try to contact them, like other reviewers have noted, calls are disconnected while on hold, and if you email, a case opens and closes without resolution. Of course this means you cannot cancel an order since you must do so by phone. Then when you do receive your "in-stock" items weeks past the Covid-edited ship times, a quarter of the set is backordered for months. Funny part, is that the items are still listed in-stock on the site! They may be living in times of plenty as we desperately rush to outfit our home gyms, but things will go back to normal at some point, and their reputation of greed and poor service will catch up. For now, there are so many more companies that offer the same or better product, and answer phones and emails, and notify you if there's a delay. I suggest we give them out business.”

“The FFPR was easy to assemble, and very sturdy. I am very satisfied with it. My wife and I took the decisions of not going back to a gym due to COVID, and we are very happy with it. P.S. when assembling, don’t tighten bolts until you’re done.”

“Great piece of equipment. However one bolt for the foot plate had flawed threads. We had to go hunt the bolt down from a local screw shop. Would be nice to get a shirt or hat or something from Vulcan.... overall very satisfied solid machine.”

“Received a Vulcan Bravo bar (as part of a raffle). The bar is an excellent olympic bar. It's high quality with great knurling, and very clearly well made. It compares very well to a Rogue Ohio Power Bar; I can't really tell the difference between these two well made bars. Very happy with it!”
