“I have an order coming at some point and I can’t reach customer service to add a lift to the delivery. I ended up doing it through FedEx myself. I also noticed the documentation doesn’t match in liability emails (one says a lift gate is $45 and the other $65). I called the 877-986-4313 number and got hung up on within 1 minute 3 times. It sure seems like this company doesn’t care about their customers. Maybe they’ll care if I leave a bad review.”

“These weights are exactly what I was looking for. I spent many hours looking for rubber plate weights, I came across Vulcan’s website and was thrilled to know they had some available. They shipped out exactly as expected. They look and feel amazing. Our home gym just became a lot better! Thank you!”

“Overall I'm happy with my purchase. Granted, I've only used them a couple of times, so time will tell on the longevity of them. The weights are clean and make for a solid addition to the home gym. They are made in china but seem to be good quality. I like that its all one piece of rubber and not the crumb rubber.”

“I ordered an BYO power rack and many of the options available recently. The product was delivered within the time that was stated, very nice considering the shipping demands due to COVID. Product is well made and will last for some time to come. Liked the price compared to Rogue as it allowed me to build out my rack and add additional options without spending too much.”

“Well build, very sturdy and packed well. This machine is massive! It takes up a lot of room if it's going in a garage. Putting it together was a bit difficult being that all that is provided is a one sheet exploded view of the equipment. Overall, high quality for the cost and pretty well designed. It could be a bit narrower and a bit shorter to take up less space. I'm 6'5" and I feel small on the machine. My brother is 6'7" and he feels small on the machine. Someone who's 7ft tall could use this machine without an issue! I think it would be hard for a shorter person to be comfortable on this machine but I don't know for sure.”

“The 10 pound plates are way too big. They are the size (diameter) of a normal Olympic 45 pound plate. I can't image how much bigger the 15 pound plate is!”
