“Considering UPS looks like they did everything they could to not deliver this in perfect condition, the contents are actually fairly well protected from disgruntled shipping carriers. Once I opened the packaging, there were a few marks on the equipment but nothing that would show once assembled and in use. The equipment metal is very thick and heavy duty. Once I assembled it, I loaded 500lbs of bumpers on it and it was very sturdy. There is no rocking of the weight tree and it rolls fairly well even with all that weight on it. I am rolling it on textured horse stall mats and it maneuvers quite well. You get 2 fixed wheels and 2 locking wheels that all spin freely and also appear beefy. The silver name plate is a nice touch and looks really good. I’m quite happy with this purchase and now need another excuse to buy something else. A+ quality!”

However, I neglected to submit the proper info when placing the order, so I had to make contact with customer service to straighten that out. “Scoured the internet for good quality and great price. Vulcan was affordable and I love the durability of the bumper weights when they arrived. Had an issue with the 45’s and 10’s being on backorder but after 2 weeks they shipped and didn’t cause any major disruption.”

“The Vulcan banner is awesome and super high quality. Sturdy material with metal Oring inserts for hanging. Very pleased, and the size gives it a unique look verses the average flag sized logo banner other companies offer. Customer service was great they noticed a mistake with the shipping costs after I placed order and refunded me shipping without me asking. Very surprised and impressed by this. Super fast shipping as well!”

“Bumpers I got on clearance are great. No white lettering but I can paint that on later if I want. But for the deal I got on them no complaints. In my option Vulcan bumpers are the sexiest bumpers on the market.”
