“Bought 2 med balls. Both very unbalanced, so much so that they were dangerous to use as a wall ball due to the unpredictable bounce. Made 3 videos and customer support agreed they were not balanced and not round. However, they refused to honor their "100% satisfaction guarantee"”

“Pleased from start to finish. The cost of these bumper plates was in line with the remainder of the fitness community. Each plate came shipped in a manageable box to prevent any damage. The plates are fairly low profile for their given weight. Loaded onto the bar they have a nice bounce if you need to bail (coupled with any of my barbells). Overall very happy with this purchase and the customer service received. I will return for future fitness needs!”

“I purchased Prime bumpers (4x45lb, 1x25); and the v-lock 5lb/2.5lb set. Overall happy with these; they are spot on weight. The white lettering on the prime bumpers is already coming off (owned for ~6 mths). And I use mine on a lifting platform for my home gym which is inside my house. The prime plates also arrived with some scrapes and a couple gouges; it took more effort than I anticipated for Vulcan to resolve this, but they eventually did. I wanted to add a rack to my order (back in March 2020), but their phone lines were never open.”

“I purchased the black Olympic bumper plates in various weights. Very pleased with the quality. They have held up well to rigorous workouts and most importantly, they do not have any chemical odors like a lot of cheap brands. These are quality plates.”
