“When I first received the Soft Plyo Box, there was a huge tear in the box, through the foam right down to the wooden box inside. You could tell that UPS most likely used a forklift of some sort and pierced the box during shipping because they tried to tape the packing box with clear tape. However, when I spoke to Katherine at Vulcan, she was absolutely amazing and worked hard to get me a replacement box. Even though the damage was not her fault, she did everything to make my life easier for the return. I will definitely recommend Vulcan products and their service to friends.”

“I received my barbell and plates and the production quality is top notch. The shipping was rapid and everything arrives without scuffs or scratches. Vulcan's customer service was very responsive to email which was great as well. I'd recommend these products to any of my friends that were shopping for home gym components.”

“Just received a pair of 15 lbs. Alpha Bumper Plates. Very cool looking. Great dead bounce. I have several bar from several reputable companies and my favorite is the Vulcan Standard Bar. Its a crossfit bar with a decent knurl. A crossfit bar is supposed to be ok to use for both Oly lifts and powerlifting but most have almost no knurl...the Vulcan Standard does.”

“I bought a "B" SS Absolute Power Barbell. It was perfectly packaged and arrived quickly! The cosmetic blem was minimal (small lines in knurl close to the sleeves). Would recommend I would be highly likely to buy another bar from Vulcan again!”

“Best belt i’ve ever purchased. Customer service was incredibly helpful in resolving a small issue, they even had it shipped out hours later. It reached the west coast from Charlotte, NC in 2 days, which was a pleasant surprise to say the least. This belt is going to last me at least 10 years, if not longer. Vulcan’s products and customer service are top notch, and I highly recommend getting one of their belts.”

“As a USAW Club president I Am beyond happy outfitting our club with Vulcan products. Our club is outfitted with the Vulcan Trainjng KG colored bumpers. They look amazing, the white lettering really pops. They have a very low bounce and very low sound ( if your a coach you’ll really Appreciate this, saving your hearing). I look forward to buying more of Vulcan products.”
