“I can't fault the ordering service and the speed of delivery. Even the packaging was great. I'd always bought starter kits in stores so this was my first time ordering online and treated myself to two purple epen batteries and filters (only ever had black before). To my dismay, one of the batteries failed to hold its charge after just one use. I no longer had the packaging so was blown away when a representative bent over backwards to help me. I'm happy to say I now have a working battery and would definitely recommend.”

“They're easy to use, clean too. Just unscrew the empty cartridge and screw in the new and away you go, easy. Flavours are good, I have a preference for the cherry or berry one. I also have a vype pebble, love this a lot, but unfortunately, although I'm on my third, they seem to give up on me, latest one carries on heating the fluid even when it is between inhalations. I won't give up on it though, feels great in my hand and gives an excellent hit.”

“The vype e pen is robust and suits my needs. Not the most elegant one on the market but simple and practical. So easy to switch between flavours. Good to see other flavours being introduced but still some mainstream ones missing from the list. A very good product”

“I first used Vype when I quit smoking normal cigs, using them helped me quit the old cigs completely. I now use Vype along with my other vaping kit. I take my Vypes on holiday with me because they're self contained and so easy to charge, use and refill. I love the pebble and both my parents now use them too. Very happy with Vype and their customer service is outstanding if anything goes wrong with your device.”

“I have tried both the tank pro and the box and with both these products, the battery leaks to an unacceptable level. I am currently using the tank pro and when this battery fails, I will be looking for another vaping product to use.”
