“It has enabled me to stop smoking real cigarettes when all else failed.”

“I smoked hand rolled cigarettes for about 50 years, now I have COPD. Without Vype e-cigarette I would still have been smoking and on oxygen for 15 hours a day. Now I am a lot fitter and although my chest will never get better it is not getting any worse and I am able to do just about anything, gardening, walking etc. I do not miss cigarettes due to having this Vype e-cigarette”

“i am using Pebble. It's great in every way except that I don't find it strong enough, don't feel any throat hit, would be great if it was stronger, even though I'm using 18 mg. it's probably better for new starters but not for me who smoked for years. It's like smoking silk cut after years of smoking higher tar, nicotine cigarettes. Plenty of vaping cloud but don't feel anything. Can you make it a stronger vape please, otherwise great, nice size and charges quickly and quite novel.”

“I have been using this product now for some time, and I trust the brand. When there has been a problem or query it has been dealt with very professionally and speedily. It has now been over 2 years since I quit smoking. I could not have done it without e-cigarettes and after trying various brands this is by far the best.”

“The eStick - despite its small capacity - made me very happy, because it looked and handled like the cigarettes I had used in years gone by. So now you are junking them......and I must make do with your Pebble, which is very arty-smart and very clever but does not look or handle like my dear old ciggies. Faute de mieux, il faut coucher avec sa femme, as whoever it was used to say !”

“The liquid is great but the availability of all the different strengths is really poor and means I am looking at other brands which is a shame. Also when you don't have a strength in stock it disappears from the website so you think that you don't sell it in that strength.”

“The flavours are relatively weak and 1 cartridge in every 5 or 6 get that burnt taste. The good thing is that they don't have to get refilled so less things to worry about. The flavours Need To Be stronger”
