“I've used the Vype products for a couple of years, the products on the whole are good although the Vype E Stick charger is quite unreliable, i've had a few replacements and had to buy 3 as they dont last very long. Perhaps Vype will improve their quality control?!!”

“I bought the Vype pebble in red and was pleased from the look of it down to the taste and vapour very compact and discreet too very easy to use and battery lasts me a full day sometimes even a bit over”

“No fuss, easy to use and maintain. Still using ePen 1.0. eCaps don't always finish till the end. Leaks if not stored upright even in case e.g. while travelling in bag.”

“It's compact with a nice feel and very easy to use. My only criticism is that you don't know that the battery is getting low because the only warning light that apparently changes from white to orange to red is on the button you press to make it work, so your thumb/finger is always over it when the light is on!”

“I'm really impressed with the design and, so far, the durability of the product. I did find it particulary annoying that I didn't recieve any eliquid with my starter kit; I think you shold introduce that; at the very least on the etank pro; just saying. But yeah, as a someone who has used your previous ecigs, this one is a winner and I have recieved many compliments from my people about the attractiveness of this product, the eTank Pro.”

“Easy to use and good substitute to real cigarette There is a bit of liquid going out of the cartridge sometimes I would propose something to protect the cartridge as it goes in your mouth after being in your pocket, handbag...”

“It' good and with a good price. It has been delivered quickly. The only thing I'm not 100% happy with are e-caps. I have smoked cigarettes with 8mg nicotine and your e-caps have 18mg or 0mg to chose from. Some of them are 6mg but out of stock, so it was not satisfactory for me.”

“Because they are handy to use. What is completely unacceptable is that Vype sold me - and is still selling - a product for which it no longer produces refills. So when my current stock of tips is exhausted, I will be left with something that I have to throw away. I spoke to customer service. No offer of compensation. Very poor, and unethical business practice.”
