“My favourite device was pebble and I appreciate the cartridge had a leakage problem, but I do believe fixing the cartridge, instead of discontinuing the device, would also work to the consumers. I really like and enjoy the new ePen3, however I can't find the zero mg nicotine cartridges anywhere, apart from the online store. Additionally, there are many flavour that are not available in zero mg nicotine, e.g. mango.”

It is based on mostly commercial reasons for retailers, because they cannot stock the full range of a manufacturer’s products. 18mg is typically the best-selling strength, so the range they decide to stock reflects this. The largest availability of lower strengths will always be available directly from Vype.
