“A friend introduced me to Vype while I was still smoking 40+ cigarettes per day. The flavour she used was Crisp Mint, and surprisingly I thought that I could live with that flavour and the effect. Other vape products have left me coughing worse than any cigarette. The Vype didn't. A couple of weeks later, we were going on holiday. I had duty free cigarettes at home from a weekend away, but on the day before departure I found a Vype in my local Tesco, bought it with a couple of packs of crisp mint cartridges and conciously decided to take no cigarettes away with me or buy any on route. I smoked my last cigarette at approx 9 a.m. on 2nd April 2019 before walking into Aberdeen airport to go to Sri Lanka. For 2 weeks I coped easily with my Vype. On my return, I have to confess that I smoked the approx 90 cigarettes that I had at home (got them out of the way), then continued with my Vype. I found limited flavours available locally and was tiring of the mint flavour permanently in my mouth, so I ordered a couple from Vype direct. Hated 1 of them, but found Fresh Apple more than acceptable. I will continue with my Vype and experiment with more flavours. I have been slightly tempted to buy cigarettes, but you know what? I don't want to go back to myself and parts of my home smelling of that awful smell. Now I am free to Vape/Vype in my home, not being a prisoner to only certain parts (the front porch) and not making my home or myself (clothes/hair etc), smell of stale tobacco. I have promised myself that I can smoke a cigarette whenever I want to .... but for now, at least, I don't want to. Also, as a heavy smoker I have saved a fortune already. I don't want to smell disgusting again when I can get my cravings fulfilled without that effect. Try it. It is much cheaper. The starter pack comes with 'BlendedTobacco' and 'CrispMint'. The Blended Tobacco has a strangely chocolatey taste and smell. Persevere with either and discover different flavours. Find 1 that suits you. Tip: the Fresh Apple has a very very faint taste of apple and is more like smoking a cigarette. I now have 3 vype's so that I can rotate flavours and always make sure that 1 is charged up. Try it! It is much cheaper. You will still be addicted to nicotine, but as I understand it, it is not the nicotine that kills, it is the approx 1200 other carcinogenic chemicals present in a cigarette that kill. If you want to cut down, you can order reduced nicotine content cartridges and cut down to 12mg, 6mg, 3mg and even 0 mg in some flavours. This is the best thing I have done since I bought my Induction cooker. And I am saving huge amounts of money too! Good luck! Sue”

“Well i have to say that this is by far the best vape i have ever tried. The flavors are great, there is plenty of them. The vype itself is very comfortable to use and to carry during the day. Simply it is truly the Perfect Vape. P.s: The customer service you got is great, i had some problems for shipping my order and it was solved in the best way possible.”

“Have been using Vype e pen for 4 years now and have found them quick and easy to use.Only problem is getting the ecaps.Have to buy online because I can’t buy them in shops anymore.Even the Vype stall in the shopping centre doesn’t stock them.”

“Purchased for spouse who has stopped smoking cigarette. She has used it for just over 5 days so far and is happy. She prefers the flavours available to the normal tobacco taste. Vanilla has proved most popular with her. The pen itself is compact, simple to set up and easily recharged from a USB port on her laptop. It is early days for her experience. I am waiting to see how she gets on with the device longer term, when and updated review will be made.”

“It is good but the only problem is that you can not buy the refill in the shop with 0/6/12 nicotine, the shops have just the 18+ plus that are very strong!”

It is based on mostly commercial reasons for retailers, because they cannot stock the full range of a manufacturer’s products. 18mg is typically the best-selling strength, so the range they decide to stock reflects this. The largest availability of lower strengths will always be available directly from Vype. “I use the vype epen3 this is so easy to use, just pop on the selected epod (with whatever flavour and with whichever strength of nicotine) and turn on. The epen3 is a real convenient size too, and so easy to hold.”

“I very recently purchased a vype pro 2 and was using it with no issues for nearly 2 days. I encountered a problem with unscrewing the top on the 3rd refill which resulted in the casing breaking and rendering the product unusable. I contacted the customer services who replied promptly, taking the necessary details and sent out a replacement product with next day delivery. Could not fault the service I received. Have been using their products for a while now with a previous vype pen and the service and delivery is always commendable”
