“Having been using e-cigs for a couple of years I was really disappointed with the flavour it is called crisp mint but you van barely taste it > I am going to try ordering the refillable one but using a liquid I already have will this be ok? or does it have to be your liquid? “Delivered within the expected timescales. Having the item tracked is a great extra bonus. The product itself is easy to use & looks great. However the 20% off voucher that comes in the starter pack has expired in Dec 2015, so what was an added extra is now completely useless which is dissapointing.”

“I have tried a number of electronic cigarettes before sticking with vype, the menthol cartridges are great, not too strong as some make you cough but still satisfying. Can't really think of anything negative about this product.”

“Overall I'm pleased with the epen. The one thing I would say is that flavours need to be a lot stronger. I ordered some crisp mint ecaps but I wouldn't call it crisp mint. Yes you can taste mint but it's not a strong enough taste. When you have a menthol cigarette you can really taste it so I was a little disappointed with that.”

“After smoking normal cigs for over 30 years, and trying other vape devices, this is the one for me! I used to cough a bucket full with other devices, but this just works. .Down to about two or three real cigs a day. Hopefully after another week or so, when i have decided on my flavour and strength i should be able to pack the real cigs in completely Would like to see a bigger choice of variety packs , maybe one of each flavour in a multi pack, and a choice of two different ones in the starter kit. Think i am going to be a dark cherry man myself, but time will tell!! Great design , its not round so it does not roll off your table or desk, and a nice feel to it. Love the variable voltage too! Its a winner in my book!”

“Have only just started using e cigs and have tried others which i have leak when laid down etc. I like the fact these ones don't and also that you have the choice of a mild hit or stronger by using top or bottom button. All in all very pleased”
