“negative: e caps are bit pricey very boring flavours battery does not last long, mine usually 2-3 months some e caps are leaking on few occasions I did not receive the correct e caps delivery (wrong flavour or missing packs) positive: easy to carry as e caps are easy to change good customer service”

“Overall I am pleased with the product, although it lacks variety in its selection of e-liquids. Also, I would prefer being able to get lower nicotine content (3mg/ml). In terms of service, the order process was great and the delivery was very convenient and fast.”

“Vert pleased with my e pen, bought a epen starter kit and 5 packs of caps so got the 6th free, only problem i got was the free pack of e caps i got do not state the nicotine level on them so im not sure how much its got in if any, other than that very happy”

“Great product which has helped me to quit smoking after 20 years , the only one complaint I would have is I had a bad batch (very week inhalation and lasted less than half as they usually would ) a few months ago and asked for a replacement/refund which was ignored ??? Other than that I am very happy with the service”
