“Used Vype pen for two years and not found a better taste nor leak free device. Not the cheapest but three best for me. A decent price to pay to stop smoking and save money. Excellent product.”

“From all e cigarettes I have tried, vype is by far the best, the only downside for me personally is that is not a 3mg nicotine strength as a choice. Over all its great, love it.”

“I've been ordering from Vype for over 2 years and as always, it's easy to order items and they arrive quickly even with standard delivery. The customer service team via web chat and email are polite and answer questions promptly. Very reliable and the only place I would buy e-cigs and liquids from!”

“Husband has stopped since June using Epen 3. I have tried several times but now on 12 day. Epen 3 very easy to use, charges quickly. I would recommend you get 2 so you always have one to hand. Only negative is the cartridges we have both experienced a few dud ones that run out very quickly compared to usual usage . I would say this is best Vype product and I have tried several different capers from Vype and other companies.”

“Delivery took a few days and a lot of stress (Yodel delivered to the wrong address and then took their time telling me where my package was) - but the e-cig is fantastic.”

“I use the Epen and have done for some time now. I especially love mixed berries and strawberry flavours for my epen and also love the berry trifle and coconut panna cotta flavours in the premium eliquid range. I have not really found any other brands that taste like Vype, the liquid in other brands appears to be thicker and do not satisfy my taste buds.”

“The epen that I originally bought was excellent. Easy to use, easy to change the cartridges. Not so sure about the epen 3 that I have just purchased, I have not tried it fully.”

“As a lifelong smoker I am delighted that I finally found a vape machine that reproduces the full experience of smoking a cigarette. I have tried a number of Vype dispensers and none of them have been quite good enough to wean me away from cigarettes. Enter the ePen 3. It is not only an excellent smoking experience, it is so good that it took the place of my cigarettes on the very first day. I am a long-time BAT customer and am delighted that the company has come through with this excellent product. Next challenge, an eCigar ... :-)”

“The refills are good value for money, and I prefer the flavoured liquids to the tobacco flavour ( which I find very bitter and gives me a sore throat)……… but please, please make the liquid cartridges see- through. I cannot tell when the cartridge is nearing empty, in contrast to the Epen2 which was very easy to read. I know there is a flashing light when the cartridge is empty, but this is when it is totally empty and this has left me several times without the use of the Epen until I able to get to buy more refills.”
