“I have been using vype e-pens for quite a while now I enjoy them,they keep me away from ordinary cigarettes,without the vype I would be back on them,I especially like I can get free post and packing.”

“switching from tobacco to e cigarettes was the best thing i have ever done. my house does not smell anymore and i feel better also the cost is very reasonable. i have found the vype system of products extremely well designed and user friendly . Also ordering online was easy. I think as an ex smoker this product has changed my life.”

“I have used vype ever since I gave up smoking back in March and loved the favours, ease of use, availability from tesco etc! But recently I have had a few issues. It's the flavour of the e caps. Some (even after buying a new e pen battery) do not taste of the flavour in any form but leave a sharp tingling sensation at the back of your throat. Sometimes this can be two capsules per pack and it's not in one particular flavour either. When i purchase the pack I now have to have back up packs just incase of this flavour problem! It has only been the past 6-8 weeks I would say. But I have sent emails to Kerry I assume she is from your customer survey team and she is extremely helpful in replacing the faulty e caps and then I return the caps for you guys to test. Personally thE best flavour is the wild berries it's amazing followed by tobacco flavour then cherry, unsure why the infused vanilla only comes in 12mg or less and not 18mg.”

“Extremely satisfied. Still had the odd cigarette but it replaced the majority of roll ups I used to have. Can easily see it replacing roll ups altogether.”

“I bought this product for my partner who has had quite a battle to give up smoking cigarettes over the last couple of years.... he's now been told by his GP that if he does not give up, the op he has to have to unblock a vein in his leg will not be repeated. So far, so good.... he's using the Vype e-cig cartridges & is doing really well with them. Thank you Vype ????”

“I have previously owned the e pen and found it pretty good, a good variety of flavours but didn't find it satisfying enough, also I dropped it once and it broke. I now have a e tank which is far superior build quality and provides higher satisfaction and a bigger range of flavours. I would recommend the e tank if you've just given up.”

“Overall pretty happy. The instructions were a bit vague and I poured the liquid in the wrong end, meant to go down the mouth piece end. The vaping is good and helps not smoking in the house or anywhere else you can't smoke. However the vapour does have a heavy kind of oily feel in the mouth that I don't like. It also makes me cough which smoke doesn't . Strange . The device itself feels nice and works great. Good battery life, time will tell on reliability.”

“Bought starter pack e cigarette for me and hubby who usually smoke about 20 cigs each a day, finding this very beneficial and we have cut done in amount of 'real' cigs smoke due to having alternate every second or third time. Would strongly recommend this product and have noticed saving money on what usually spent. Local supermarket also sell replacement packs of 4 tips which is very handy. When unit charged last a good while before needing recharged. Prefer the tobacco flavour but the vanilla one is okay aswell. If you want to cut down on what smoking and spending on 'real' cigarettes would defo recommend the e cig ????”
