“The quality of the vype products is fantastic - the only negative was that starter kits come with nicotine caps and as I am not a smoker I wanted to replace them with 0% mint caps instead (I called and asked only to be told it wasn't possible and there was nothing that could be done about it). I found it a bit strange - looks like the product is aimed only at smokers which is a shame.”

“product fantastic ! easy use . found refills on the ecig too strong for me although advised it was ok for 15 to 20 a day . but we all have personal different tastes, but i wish the refils came in different strengths , good , very good egic . thanks”

“I haven't tried the e cigarettes but have used the e-liquids many times. The tobacco flavours ones are very good and the delivery service is excellent. Could certainly recommend the Gold Tobacco flavour to those who look for real cigarette replacement flavours”

“Really light-weight and easy to use. Only negative is it is a little too light, and has a slight cheap feel to it. But more than happy to recommend them. The actual vapour is really smooth and has a unique taste (tobacco) - not like the liquid ones which can get a bit too much.”

“I have used a variety of e.cigarettes over the last 2 years and so far the Vype system is the best I have encountered. While the product is excellent the company website is somewhat confusing and could do with an update, offering greater clarity and user friendliness.”

“Got the variety pack and the wild berries pack. The mint in variety pack isn't minty at all, dark cherry was nice and blended tobacco was OK. The wild berries is very nice. Will try all flavours available eventually.”

“I have been a regular medium smoker since 1959. I have been using the Vype E-Pen for nearly three weeks and have not reverted to tobacco in that time and consider it to be a total success in that respect. However, living in the Hinckley area of Leicestershire, I have found only one outlet, namely Sainsburys, that stocks Vype products. I have tried various others, like Onestop (yes we stock E-Pen refill caps but we have nil stock), BargainBooze and independent tobacconists without success. It would appear that for the products to become increasingly popular there needs to be more effort made to increase the Vype stockist network.”
