“I have tried several brands of e-cigarettes and hoped this product would be to my liking. Very neat and easy to use but I still cannot get on with e-cigarettes.”

“First time vapour - impressed to somd extent. Vaping is easy after few days off of the cigs. Works out slightly cheaper. Dissapointed that no extra battery's can be bought as a back up. Also from an environmental point of view Vype is very wasteful in the packaging and the disposal of cartridges. overall happy to of switched, but suspect will move away from Vype from a cost and ethical point of view. Suspect that there are cheaper and better alternatives.”

“Haven't really had the opportunity as yet to try Vype. I have been unable to fill the vapouriser as it leaks out at the bottom. So far I have not received a reply to my email asking for a replacement part for which I may add I offered to pay for. Not very happy at present.”

“The pen is good so far, not having to load the liquid manually and no liquid in mouth, my main concern is i use 1.5 caps per day and that could be to costly, i would need more like one free box every 3 paid for and thats if the cap quality stays consistent”

“The product is good, i like the flavors but the e caps leak inside the e-pen. This results in the e cap flavors finishing very fast as opposed to other e ciggs. Otherwise would have been a great product. Its a shame the e caps are poorly designed.”

“The piece that can be detached is not practical and cracked on the first day. If it was circular with a screw, it would've been better. Also, the liquid is not cheap.”

“main issue is that they are too expensive for such short-lived cartridges. Otherwise flavour is fine and so is nicotine level. Battery charger case gives very good battery life.”

“Bit disappointed with tips as the cherry 1 ran out already, only started yesterday and haven't puffed on it that much, and they say it's 38mg but it feels like 12mg,, so not really happy with the product”

“Good service but I really think you could do more to recycle. I like the product but some encouragement to get people recycling your products would be good. You could offer points to exchange for products on returning used clearomizers, batteries etc as other companies do. Also it would be good to have an option of replacing used coils so the clearomizer can be reused. Again other companies provide this facility so it would be nice to have the option. Great product though and british”

“Service and delivery was good.If I'm honest a little disappointed with the ecigarette itself. Doesn't really give a better experience than I have had with much cheaper, buy from the local shop sort of products. Doubt I will be reordering. My quest continues for that great but affordable product. On a positive note not touched cigarettes for a year by using e cigs.”

“My main problem with vype pen caps is that at £2 a cap which lasts me about 1 day means it's only slightly cheaper than smoking. I've tried refilling the caps with different vape liquid but it just keeps leaking. I can buy 8 grammes of tobacco for £3 which lasts me 2 days so in fact that is cheaper than this, so I doubt I'll be buying anymore.”
