“I do like the product but the availability of the flavours is very poor unless you are buying on line which not everyone as access to and also they aren't the cheapest product on the market.”

“I've been a vaper for 7 years using the Intellicig 3 piece refillable product. Getting used to the clearomiser is taking some doing but the e liquid is to the same excellent standard. The overall package will now cost me about 20% more than it did with Intellicig, so this is why I have only given it 3 stars”

“These ecigs could be brilliant, they have nearly everything. The charging case is great if they wanted to improve it could do with a premium version that holds more cartridges. Also having a case that is plain rather than full of advertising logo). The amount of smoke created is great, you can feel it on the back of your throat and its just like a normal cigarette. The main thing letting them down is the taste gets weak quite fast. It doesn't seem to last a whole cartridge. If the taste was stronger and lasted longer then they would be brilliant.”

“I have noticed that when first smoking its fine for the first few puffs, but then it seems to lose its strength and I find I am having to draw for longer and harder. This at the moment, I am finding frustrating. However, I do know a couple of people who are doing very well with this e-cigarette, so I will persevere”

“Have to charge up twice a day.which is quite poor.also the pen needs to be made stronger have broken 5 viper .maybe price needs to be looked at to expensive.”

“These are the best E-cigs I have tried- just a pity the filters don't last longer, no way I get anywhere near the 200 puffs as stated. Second complaint, although I bought 5 refill packs I did not receive the one I should have got free.”

“Was told I'd be sent an oriental spice bottle as I use golden tobacco on my estick and didn't really want that flavour for my tank. No news if this is coming and the tracking number didn't go live until 2 days after it was sent to me. Other than that good customer service when I had questions, not just waiting to see when I'll get my tank as was hoping to have it by now once I got the tracking number”

“Nice vape pens and easy to use. However the flavours aren't great. I ordered the cherry and mint flavours and I'm fairly disappointed with the lack of taste. Needs improvement.”

“I have been using e-cigs now for 3 years (I-cig menthol available online)and bought a vype starter kit last week as a stand by.impressed with the charger but the mint refills don't have enough flavour .please add some more mint.not as good as I-cig refills and more expensive.”

“Great idea having a self charging unit with the Estick. Like the flavour and the kick but the stick tips don't last very long and therefore it's quite an expense to buy them so frequently. Have you thought about loyalty points ? Not sure if I can afford these in the longterm.”

“The concept of swapping flavours immediately is brilliant. But there are a few flaws. I find that the vapour density decreases after a few puffs, the experience is not consistent through each ePen cap. Also, it seems the batteries don't have a substantial operational life. I purchased my ePen in January and by April I had noticed a distinct lack in quality. When I purchased a new ePen the difference was remarkable. The mouth peice cracks where it connects to the power unit after prolonged use. Also the metal connection plate corroded and became tarnished after a few weeks of use. The price of the ePen compared to smoking is considerably lower and this is its saving grace. I think if the aforementioned flaws were corrected or improved upon, you could charge more per unit. People pay for quality and I believe the concept has the potential to be the leading brand in the industry. “Excellent design of both the e-pen and the e-cgarettes. Spoilt by poor taste of tobacco flavour on both products and lack of variation of strength on both products. I have rated both as normal. Would have been excellent/very good if tobacco flavour was changed to something that tastes like tobacco with the option to purchase various strengths. Currently I rarely use either product because of this.”

“Found the batteries did not hold the power too long and the selection of flavours in taste and strength were not too good The one thing to be said good was that whilst the battery worked the drag was great most times Have a few left but the batteries are nearly all gone at least 5 in a month”

“The vype e-pen is quite expensive in comparison to others on the market and the refills are also overpriced. The liquid is ok but for 27mg is not as strong as I am used to (usually only have a 24mg) The pen is light and the silicon cap is a nice extra. Would like a few more tabacco flavours to choose from.”

“Tobacco taste is reasonable, packaging or recharge case is a great idea, a lot smaller ecig than other brands, that's the good points. The bad points are: Difficult to get a decent draw and works out expensive.”
