“Good E-cig, but they sent me different refills to the ones i ordered.”

“While the vype is effective enough to have got me off cigarettes completely I find that quite a number of refills taste bitter and burn my throat and, after the first couple of puffs don't taste of anything. Also the batteries don't last very long (around four hours) which is annoying. I would recommend this product but with reservations”

“I usually enjoy when the eCap is full, but find that once the eCap is emptier, the taste and hit is not as dense and often throw away half filled caps as it's not giving me the experience I like. It needs charging often too, and I've had a few leaks with leaves an unpleasant taste in my mouth. That said, when it works well I do enjoy it.”

“The product is good but I find that When the liquid gets warm and you tilt your pen it leaks and is very vile when touching your mouth, I think the refills a expensive with sainsuburys charging £7.99”

“Absolute rubbish. The flavours do not taste like they arw supposed to. All taste like cardboard. Very very disaapointed. Even had free menthold samples sent and they were revolting. Customer service is good but come on guys you cant be sellings flavlours like this. What brand are you using?”

“Having tried other ecigs, have to say that the menthol one still tasting like a cigarette with a very slight mint hit is just plain horrible. But the hassle of trying to return the product is just a waste of my time. Given away to someone else instead.”

“Caps are £2 each and you need to spend £30 before any sort of multibuy discount is offered.. This should be looked at. Good product and vapour. Really fast delivery.”
