“Unit is good. The two units are both 18mg, far too strong for me. Would be better to be able to choose strength . Only down side, 6mg seems impossible to buyin shops. Although ordering on line very fast, it's expensive because you have to pay postage.”

“My wife and I have been avid smokers for almost 50yrs so it was always going to be an uphill struggle to pack in smoking,but we heard about Vype e-cigs. so we thought we would give them a try. After 7days my 35 roll ups a day is down to 14/15 a day, but my wife bless her, with a lot more willpower than me is down from 15/20 a day to 3/4 a day. Vype and willpower is responsible for this, and we intend to keep it going, so thank you Vype for your help.”

“The overall experience is satisfactory but the mouth piece could be made better by having a round piece like e tank. Tobacco blend bottled liquid, 12mg, is poor quality and doesn't taste like tobacco at all and is complely bland.”

“normally I would have rated the company as excellent over all. The e pen I found to be ideal for me after trying other types and makes of e cigarettes. The e pen is a good shape and quick with no fuss to change the refills. What has changed to lower my rating is that although they have a great product and first class customer service people it is their order dispatch ,packaging and postal side of the company is letting them down. eg. 2 days from placing order to ready for dispatch then it can be a further 2 days from dispatch to the post office mail centre.(ok order volume can cause this at times) but twice now they got the orders wrong. 1. wrong address label put on package (lucky the right invoice was inside so it could be sorted out) 2 part of the order not put in package(although correct items on the invoice) I hope these things can be looked at and addressed so that next time I am asked for a review all I will have to put is excellent all round. yours H Tanner”

“Product looks good and has a quality feel. Only downside was the length of time it took to arrive. Cost me £20 in additional cigarettes whilst waiting and to add insult to injury I could have bought one locally on the day for just £2 more.”

“Ordering on-line is very easy and the order arrives very quickly. Thank you for that. As you can see by my orders, the little refills don't last me very long but I think I am vaping more often than I used to smoke!! It's smell free, cheaper and I can vape inside the house!”

“Hi, I am quite a heavy smoker and find the feel of your ePen very good and not harsh to the mouth, unlike others I have tried. However the taste of your tobacco liquid is so bad that I just can't smoke it. It's such a shame as I really think with a good tobacco taste I could have given up smoking altogether, so a great disappointment in respect of the tobacco. Sue Pinder”

“I have tried both the e stick and the e pen. The stick was great for cutting down on my smoking I did try to quit using the e stick but I didn't have the confidence that it was giving me enough nicotine to quit cigarettes altogether. Then I tried the e pen I found that the e pen straight away looked and felt more powerful and thus gave me more confidence that it was giving me enough nicotine to quit the cigarettes. I found that I was able to come off cigarettes in two days. When I was using the e pen I felt I had complete control of my nicotine intake because of the way it works. Whereas when I was using the e stick it felt like the e stick was in control of my nicotine intake. To sum up I think the e stick is great for cutting down in preparation for quiting smoking and is also very handy if your always on the move. But I think the e pen is ideal for quiting because of the way it looks and feels and also because of the way it lets you feel more in control. I haven't had a cigarette for 4 months thanks to the e pen and of course a little will power.”

“Vype eStick purchased on Monday delivered by royal mail on Thursday, only used a few times but it has a good flavour and a nice kick at the back of the throat! Overall very good buy!”
