“I use the epen and it has proved very reliable, giving a good smoke because the atomiser is part of the refill therefore giving a good smoke every time. Vype service is exceptional and the products are delivered by post using the trace facility allowing you to know when they will be delivered. Good products and Good service; what more can be asked.”

“Only had it for a couple of days, i have tried other types that friends have and this is my fave its so easy to change the vape oil, have found them strong though but im sure i will get used to that but i smoke light cigarettes that have 0.5mg of nicotine and the lowest stregth on these is 6mg so i only need a small amount. I added on to the starter kit a pack of black cherry 6mg and they are really nice will def keep using and looking forward to some new flavours!! def recommend they only downside for me is the strength but over all the e-cig is really light to hold and i got the red one and it looks really nice.”

“It's a good product with efficient supply and support. The ePens sometimes fail even when fully charged - no signal in the charged/not-charged light. This is overcome by reconnecting to the charger and ' re-igniting'.”

“Have used an e-cigarette before but new to Vype Prefer the design and cartridges compared to my last system not as bulky. Just watch with the white tips the strengths are 12 and 36 if you've never used a 36 it's like smoking french or turkish untipped cigarettes it catches your throat if you inhale as you would with 12 strength one”

“Hubby likes the shape and feel of the vype ecig. Easy to change the refills too. Only downside is the lack of outlets that sell the lower strength nicotine capsules. Only our local Tesco sell the capsules but at 18mg. Only realised lower strengths are available and only found online through Vype itself.”

“I wasn't really intending on cutting down on roll-ups quite yet, just wanted to try one of these out and see how I got on with it. To my surprise I soon found that I had cut down roll ups by over 50% without even trying! Have been using the Vype for only a few days and am impressed with the results. As a bonus I can use it in my local pub too and not have to shiver in the cold outside anymore. There doesn't seem to be any hype in vype !”

“I like my e-pen and it arrived quickly. My biggest disappointment was the cost of refills and the lack of choice. I don't like the tobacco flavour so a third of a variety pack is wasted. All other packs are the same flavour, so unless your in a position to buy several different flavoured packs at approx £7.99 each it can be quite tedious. With hind sight an E-tank would of been much better for me. Cheaper oils and by far much more choice. Robert”

“received on Wednesday, only smoked 5 cigs yesterday instead of 20 plus, had problem this morning green light for charged, but not working, spoke to your contact number are sending replacement battery free of charge, good response to problem, but now got to more more cigs to new battery arrives, regards roy”

“On my second one now as first one broke when I pulled the Top off to change canister, the metal Inards came away too! Also the canister lets out fluid when u suck sometimes if the pen has been upside down, it tastes awful! Otherwise I think the pen is really good so I ordered another to give it a second chance.”

“The Vype eTank is a really beautifully made e cig, especially for the price. It feels very high quality, its outer coating feels almost like silk. I especially like the thought that has clearly gone into its design. The rubber cone in the clearomiser that stops you accidentally filling the center tube for example. Or, the way the clearomiser always lines up with the button perfectly when you screw it on. Ive heard people complain the Vype juice bottles are too hard to squeeze, however there appears to be a soft spot on the side of them specifically for that. Vype could probably do a better job of the label of the bottle to illustrate that. But the only gripe I really have is with the current clearomiser. Its so nicely made it seems an incredible waste to chuck the entire thing out after only 2-3 weeks, just because the coil is a bit dirty, especially at 5 pounds a go. If Vype brought out a clearomiser that you could just buy replacement coils for like other tank systems are doing now, I think this would be the perfect e-cig and Id give it 5 stars. If however running economy is more of a worry for you than quality reassurance, Id recommend you look into a tank system elsewhere that offers replacement coils for their clearomisers. I may end up there myself yet, i guess I will see how much the Vype eTank is costing me per month in a few weeks in comparison to tanks with replacement coils.”

“I was disappointed initially as the link i used offered a 25% discount with my first order, which was never given! Not good Vype, especially if you offer it! The pen itself and liquids are good with no mess and feel of good quality! I would have found it helpful to have enclosed instructions on how to dismantle the pen to re-charge as i'm still not sure of what comes apart and what doesn't to recharge!”
