“Only just started using so still getting used to it,felt a bit strange at first and got a bit of a head spin not sure if I've got the strength right as I smoked mild cigarettes. I do like the simplicity of it and the fact I don't have to pour in the liquid Pleased so far and I think I will soon get used to it,very good company to deal with and delivery was very promp.”

“Delivered within the expected timescales. Having the item tracked is a great extra bonus. The product itself is easy to use & looks great. However the 20% off voucher that comes in the starter pack has expired in Dec 2015, so what was an added extra is now completely useless which is dissapointing.”

“Overall I'm pleased with the epen. The one thing I would say is that flavours need to be a lot stronger. I ordered some crisp mint ecaps but I wouldn't call it crisp mint. Yes you can taste mint but it's not a strong enough taste. When you have a menthol cigarette you can really taste it so I was a little disappointed with that.”

“negative: e caps are bit pricey very boring flavours battery does not last long, mine usually 2-3 months some e caps are leaking on few occasions I did not receive the correct e caps delivery (wrong flavour or missing packs) positive: easy to carry as e caps are easy to change good customer service”

“Overall I am pleased with the product, although it lacks variety in its selection of e-liquids. Also, I would prefer being able to get lower nicotine content (3mg/ml). In terms of service, the order process was great and the delivery was very convenient and fast.”
