“Ordering was quick and easy but the only problem that i found with the products were that the variety pack and the dark cherry pack show as 18mg on the site but upon delivery, they are 27mg. In my opinion, the variety pack and Dark cherry needs to be updated to be clearly marked as 27mg or do an 18mg pack. instead of sending out a higher dose for customers to not notice, unfortunately i look at all packaging but i am on higher caps as am starting to give up.”

“I am happy with the product, think it is great. However, having dropped the ecig by accident, the top of the cap has snapped, costing me to purchase a new one.”

“I have the vype epen and i find it extremely easy to use and it provides me with the nicotine hit I need to stop me craving cigarettes. The only downside is the price of the refills and i think a pack of 5 refill caps for the price they sell a pack of 3 for would be a more reasonable price.”

“Easy to order online quickdelivery I have tried variouse-e cigs and this is the best i have used is so simple to use . Theonly hhitch Ihad was that not all my order was delivered so I had to phone to get the rest of my order delivered.”

“Vype is a really good e cigarette, however i find the battery life is not very good. This coupled with the fact that some of the capsules for epen don't work leads me to 4 stars rather than five”

“I've only been using the Vype e-pen for a few days now but I thinks it's great. I love the fact you can change the flavours and capsules so easily without the fuss and mess of other e-cigs where you need to replace the fluid and coil, clean it out etc. The only problem I have found so far is that I don't think the vapour you get from the e-cig is as 'dense' as some other e-cigs which I think makes it that little bit less satisfying. Having said that I've found it deals well with my cravings for cigarettes and I've cut down a lot already! The ease of changing the capsules far out ways any small downsides this e-cig has, great product!”

“Good quick to change and use product only concern is not many flavours available compared to other company's, and there is only 1 strength for the Vype e stick which is 32mg which is very strong apart from this a very good product.”

“The Vype epen is a great device, it's very quick to set up and it's great being able to switch between flavours with ease and no risk of leaking liquid. The crisp mint isn't a very strong flavour in fact it's hard to detect the mint at all but the cherry is a lovely flavour! The only thing I don't really like is the size of the mouth piece I wish it was a little smaller or shaped like the Vype etank. I haven't used it long enough to comment on the battery life.”

“Good style. Easy to assemble. Quick to charge. Only minor disappointment was the 'crisp mint' capsules which don't seem to have even a hint of mint about them. Other than that, very happy with this product”

“The vype itself is very good, it charges quickly and holds it charge easily for a couple of days but would depend on how much you use it. I would say I'm a moderate user, the two settings do seem to work but have noticed that all flavours aren't quite as strong as I'd like then, my partner also agrees on this. They smell like they should be extremely powerful but aren't overly. The flavour is easily recognizable but just needs to be a little stronger. All in all a great product with flavours that just need a little more strength.”

“On first use I thought the ePen was very easy to use and seem as good as any other ePen I've seen, better cosmetic design than most. My only reserve not really a negative is the range of flavours available, I wanted a good mint flavour and the crisp mint doesn't really have much of a minty taste, not keen on cherry or fruits and wanted to remove myself from tobacco flavour. The only negative is you can't refill the refills so you are limited to the three flavours on offer, I do hope this matter gets resolved or I may have to change to a different ePen with better choices. However I will keep on given I have only just bought it, and recently (today) bought another in purple as a back up for when the first is charging”
