“Having recently tried the Vype reload cigarettes finding them disappointing I thought I would try the Vype pen. The pen is really good and delivers a much better experience. I will continue to use but hope to get a quicker delivery service once order is placed. David”

“Purchased the Vype ePen, very simplistic, small, smart looking and a lot more discreet compared to others on the market. Great range of flavours and very easy to use. Battery lasts along time between charges. Very happy with this product!”

“Good company to deal with especially over the phone if you need to call. Delivery on the free standard service but that is down to the Post Office and not Vype. Products very good although the tips don't always last as long as stated. Overall excellent.”

“I bought an ePen. Excellent product and great service. No more filling the tank from bottles of liquid, no more replacing the burner. The all-in-one ePen caps do away with this and a very satisfying smoke.”

“good product I like it however on inspection the 20% vouchers on the two products I purchased expired 3/12/15 this has left me a little disappointed. I am hoping replacement valid vouchers will be offered to me regards Mark Burrell”

“Excellent product. Poor customer service. Tried to buy some refills with my "20%" off voucher that was inside my starter pack and it didn't work. I emailed Vype explaining the problem only to receive an email back telling me to call customer services which defeats the object of emailing, so I didn't bother. I got a discount code from Vype after signing up to their newsletter which I used successfully this time but they took 6 days to deliver. Great product which works well but ironically I'd suggest you buy your refills from a supermarket because by the time you receive them from Vype you'll have started smoking again!”

“I was asked for this review before the thing even arrived so it's just first impressions really as I haven't had a chance to really try it out. I'm delighted with it so far. It's a vast improvement on most ecigs as its small and light and looks/feels more like a cigarette than any other ecig I've tried. I love the way there's no mess or having to fill up oils or change cartomisers etc. The blended tobacco flavour is nice but not that strong which means I'm a bit worried that I'll get through the cartridges in no time, which would be expensive.”

“I bought my first epen and was initially very impressed. It is easy to use and because of the cartridges there are no spills unlike other pens I've used in the past. Unfortunately, my epen broke after just 6 days and I had to buy another to replace it. Other than this I am enjoying the epen greatly and I'm trying out the different flavours to see which I like best. I think the refills are a little pricey but it's still cheaper than smoking.”
