“I was initially disappointed due to receiving a poor batch of estick tips however, follow up from customer service was amazing. I received a very quick response from a very friendly and helpful lady who had this resolved like a flash. Looks like this was just a one off. Great product and follow up from customer service is unrivalled. I would likely recommend this product to a friend. Thank you Vype!”

“These are very good and discreet. I like the idea that it charges on the go. The capsules don't las as long as the epens but good to take out with you.”

“Although the vapour is smooth and quite a nice flavour, I am using 3 tips a day. Making it almost the same price as smoking. Shame really”

“The only issue I have with my E-Pen is that the structural integrity is poor. I have had to purchase a new battery on two occasions because it has broken. I have been using the E-pen for around 9 months and have had to get two replacement batteries.”

“Flavours aren't strong tasting and the liquids don't last very long, I get an occasional burning taste even though the clearomiser has liquid in. But has got me off of cigarettes.”

“I like the products very much my only reservation is the delivery. Sometimes arrives in 3 days sometimes 6 days and package, although showing as delivered hasn't been or has been delivered to wrong address. Would like nearby stockists for refills.”

“Never used one before after 40 odd years of smoking. It works, does what it says on the tin. Not easily impressed but I have to say I am, only been using a week, but no cigs so far and no want to have one, so for a 20+ a day man a great result. Only tried the blended tobacco so far mint too try next”
