“The battery life is dreadful, I have two on the go and one is always on charge as one epen doesn't last the day. I've followed all the instructions to the letter and use the right mha charger. I've had at least two that have totally died resulting in my having to buy replacements. It's a shame as I like everything else about them but the battery life let's it down and makes it expensive. As soon as I use up all my current cartridges I'm going elsewhere!”

“Hi. I have been using an e-pen device for several months now, originally bought the pen and liquids from Sainsbury's and now buying direct from Vype as I am lowering nicotine content. I have smoked tobacco for 30+ years and finally decided to switch to ecigs. I have now been completely tobacco free for over 3 months and can honestly say I would have been unable to achieve this without the help of my trusty Vype device! I have just upgraded to the e-tank pro (on offer). Love the devices and great service from Vype. I think Vype would benefit from some sort of customer loyalty or membership club / subscribe and save to reward loyalty and offer some savings / discounts to keep us coming back. This would be my only suggestion! (Apart from targeting the 'hipster' market with the sleek black and stylish 'Vype Pype'! - missing a trick there Vypesters!!) Great products, great flavours. Great Service all round. Thanks Vype!”

“I was a smoker for more than 30 years and had tried all sorts of methods to stop. In December 2014 I discovered Vype and, of all the products tried, this is the one that worked. I have not touched a cigarette since. I have used all of the Vype products through out this time, working my way up to the eBox I which I still use. In fact I have two on the go so that I can alternate flavours. I have tried numerous flavours from different brands over time but Dark Cherry from Vype is still my favourite by far.”

“After smoking tobacco for decades and developing a lung problem changing to e-cigarettes has been a life saver. My first attempts at e-smoking hit problems because the atomiser kept failing, then I found the Vype e-pen that uses a new atomiser at each refill - problem solved. Expensive, but the best and fluids you can trust.”

“Bought the E Tank pro after reading the reviews and was not impressed, it leaked out of the bottom of the tank. Thinking that i had just purchased a faulty one i got a replacement only to have the same issue, very poor product.”

“I started on the e pen two years ago, struggled a bit with it leaking so went on to the e tank, found Taft a lot better but am now on the e tank pro which is fantastic! Would recommend to anyone to try this”
