“They were a great introduction in me giving up smoking. However, I do find the pricing of the devices and liquids on their website to be much more expensive. I can find the same brand on other websites and indeed at my corner shop. As such, I only buy the coils from them now and liquids elsewhere.”

“I love the product. The design is simple and easy to carry. The capsules are clean and quick to swap out. My only dislike is the cost of the capsules. At £7.99 for 3 I feel is too much.”

“I only purchased liquids (Blended tobacco 6mg & Crisp mint 0mg), five of each. I was prompted by a great e-mail from last week in which one of your team talked about the experience of Blended Tobacco and I simply had to take the dive. The vaping experience is great as I really like enjoy the tobacco notes which i blend with a little mint. A good draw, great taste & burns well - i was a little unsure as nomally use a 50/50 PG/VG mix. I'm already thinking about trying some more of your options and will be ordering soon. Great product, very pleasantly surprised with progress made (been some time since I used Vype), the taste and flavor experience has really come on - I'll be back for more. Plus to add the reassurance of doing the right thing in terms of a safe product, with so may dodgy options now available is great. You've cracked reassurance with experience - great work.”

“I use a pebble and these are disappointing. The cartridges spit the liquid when you try to inhale the vapour and the pebble itself doesn't last long. Poor battery life and doesn't work if gets "too cold".”

“Bring back the original eStick in the case ASAP. The eStick Maxx is so inferior to the original. It makes a noise whilst dragging + the Water vape is terribly small. I keep buying it, I keep being disappointed. You had a great product & you messed it up.”

“I can not be without my e-pen It tastes just the same as smoking but without the tar......They are so easy to use & too me they last a long time as I buy a lot every time I wait until I have 3 packs left then I order & they come next day what's not too love.....Customer services are so helpful & always happy so a big thank you from me”

“I have tried several Vype devices but my favourite is the new Pebble. It's neat and fits into the palm of your hand and it's so clean and easy to change the cartridge. I just wish the batteries were more reliable.”
