“The eTank Refillable is a very good and simple to use replacement for smoking with some crackling flavours.. Whilst the web site is not great on mobiles, the customer service team have been excellent (2 calls in 2 weeks) and helped me solve issues there and then.”

“I bought an e cig to stop smoking, and really liked the discontinued vype e stick which was reminiscent of a real cigarette I thought, but this is a reasonable replacement. Still getting used to it and purchasing refills is not well explained but better than most others on the market”

“I have the pen and like the cartridge refills, less mess. It's much lighter than other brands with a very ergonomic design. Only "complaint" is that the cartridges don't last very long and are more expensive than the e-liquid. All in all still prefer this to any other e-cigs I have tried and would definitely recommend it to others.”

“I prefer these type s of vaping devices as there is no messing about filling them up. Simply unscrew the empty cartridge and screw on a new one. the pens are easily recharged. ordering refills is easy on the internet as most supermarkets and chemists do not sell the full range”

“There is a better range now than before, with flavourless new to the market. However customer service is currently poor - I emailed to ask when flavourless would be available in a lower strength 6mg format, but got no response back. Also been experiencing breakages with the ePen (the battery shell breaks easily in your jeans pocket), but I was offered no substitutes, even though I've ordered twice now online (which is a very fast service by the way). Pricing strategy is odd too; the pen and cartridges are much, much cheaper in the Co-op without being on promotion, so don't understand the premium pricing online”

“Vype e-Tank has a long battery life and lasts for almost a full tank of e-liquid. Amount of vapour produced is very good, as is the variety of flavours. Only downsides are that the standard tobacco flavour is nothing like tobacco, and the liquid is quite expensive for what it is, especially when you factor in P&P.”
