“normally I would have rated the company as excellent over all. The e pen I found to be ideal for me after trying other types and makes of e cigarettes. The e pen is a good shape and quick with no fuss to change the refills. What has changed to lower my rating is that although they have a great product and first class customer service people it is their order dispatch ,packaging and postal side of the company is letting them down. eg. 2 days from placing order to ready for dispatch then it can be a further 2 days from dispatch to the post office mail centre.(ok order volume can cause this at times) but twice now they got the orders wrong. 1. wrong address label put on package (lucky the right invoice was inside so it could be sorted out) 2 part of the order not put in package(although correct items on the invoice) I hope these things can be looked at and addressed so that next time I am asked for a review all I will have to put is excellent all round. yours H Tanner”

“Product looks good and has a quality feel. Only downside was the length of time it took to arrive. Cost me £20 in additional cigarettes whilst waiting and to add insult to injury I could have bought one locally on the day for just £2 more.”

“Have used e cigs, before, without much luck, Constant liquid spills, however very pleased that Vype e cigs have not leaked, give a smooth smoke, and since starting on them, have not touched a tobacco product.”

“I have used Vype e-cigarette products for over a year now, and chose this brand because it is reassuring to know the quality of the e-liquids used is rigorously tested and produced in the UK. I also like the fact that Vype have listened to customer demand and are now producing e-liquids in varied nicotine strengths and with 0% nicotine, which will definitely help people like me who are quitting smoking regular cigarettes.”

“Ordering on-line is very easy and the order arrives very quickly. Thank you for that. As you can see by my orders, the little refills don't last me very long but I think I am vaping more often than I used to smoke!! It's smell free, cheaper and I can vape inside the house!”

“I'm 80 years old and I started vaping after my husband died, my son got me into it rather than starting smoking again. I struggled replacing the wicks, and filling the tanks, so my son suggested I tried your device. Wow!! It's so easy,just open the unit, unscrew and change. I would recommend your epen to anybody, brilliant,, keep up the good work.”
